According to the New Straits Times, free lance models How Jo Yee, 21, and Low Kah Wai, 27, were fined RM400 or default one month's jail by magistrate Haslinda Ab Raof.
Pictures of the models posing semi-nude at Jalan Sultan Yusuff in Ipoh went viral after it was posted.
The models committed the offence at the traffic light in front of CIMB Bank at Jalan Sultan Yusuff here at 9am on August 25.
The NST added they were charged under Section 268 of the Penal Code and sentenced under Section 290 of the same code read together with Section 34 of the same code.
