GEORGE TOWN: The body of a man covered in blood was found on the sidewalk of a shop in Lebuh Carnavon here Wednesday.
The body of Rajar, 60, was found facing downwards by two men who were passing by the place at 9am.
Northeast district police chief ACP Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said there were scars on the man's face, believed to be sustained from a fall.
The body was sent to Penang Hospital for a post-mortem and further investigations were being carried out, ACP Mior Faridalathrash told reporters.
