IPOH: Team Keris Berhad launched the Times Square Ipoh today, an integrated project comprising commercial, educational and retail outlets, and small offices, versatile offices (Sovo) units.
Sprawled over a 5.92ha site, the project is worth RM1.2 billion, Team Keris director Michael Tan said.
"The Suites, comprising 246 Sovo units, which is part of the Times Square Ipoh development, is expected to be completed in 2020," he told reporters at the launch of The Suites and the Times Square Ipoh sales office here today.
The ceremony was jointly launched by Tan and another Team Keris director Irene Lee.
Tan said Team Keris was after professionals to take up various facilities at Times Square Ipoh which is situated at the confluence of two roads, Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah and Jalan Raja Dihilir.
Some 20% of the Sovo has already been sold during the Times Square Ipoh pre-launch, he said, adding that The Suites, is 16-storeys, is expected to be ready in three years.
"All units at the Suites will consist of two or three rooms priced between RM468,000 and RM700,000," he added. – Bernama
