The Georgetown City Council will hold a special meeting Monday about a personnel issue involving the city manager, Mayor Dale Ross said Friday.
Ross declined to provide further details about why the council will discussing City Manager Paul Brandenburg.
The meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the Georgetown Municipal Complex at 300-1 Industrial Ave. Council members will meet privately in executive session and then will announce in public any motions that were made during the executive session.
Brandenburg has been Georgetown's city manager since September 2002, according to the city's website. He was the village administrator for Germantown, Wisc., for seven years before coming to Georgetown.
